In 2010 we engaged Brackenridge Builders to construct our solid masonry home on the Point Wells estuary.

We spent some time researching our building team and selected Brackenridge Builders based on their realistic approach towards us – the homeowners – and our desire to be as involved as possible, where possible. Our choice in Brackenridge Builders was well founded with the company always ready to listen and work around creative ways to keep costs in check. The company’s choice in site Foreman was crucial to the outcomes that were achieved and this was proven with the recent Master Builders award for the house. The Brackenridge Builders site foreman and his team took pride and ownership in what they were doing and made sure that all sub trades worked in with their ethos for the job.

The job was not a contracted price, but Brackenridge Builders were conscious of keeping us always informed and figuring ways to keep costs under control, when changes were necessary. Masonry is certainly a more difficult and expensive build however the results are there for a long time. The quality of the materials and its construction will mean we live in a house that feels new for the rest of our lives.

We are absolutely certain we made the right choice in choosing the Brackenridge team and the follow up has been exceptional when or if we have any concerns, long after the builders left the site and all the accounts were paid.
