Steve Brackenridge

Steve began his career as an apprentice in Hamilton. After settling in Warkworth Steve started his own award winning company, Brackenridge Builders. Steve has been involved in the construction industry for over 4o years, developing an exceptional knowledge and understanding of the construction industry. Steve is an active member of the Auckland Registered Master Builders Association, completing his term as Auckland President with appreciation of his services shown by the awarding of The Eric Millar Award.

Clare brackenridge

Clare has been with Brackenridge Builders for the past 15 years and has assisted in the growth of the company. Undertaking the contract administration and pricing Clare is completing her Diploma in Quantity Surveying. Clare’s past career in banking provides her with a strong financial background with is often utilized in assisting clients to achieve completion within their budgets.

Tony Borich, bconst(cm)

Tony joined Brackenridge Builders as a cadet. Since then Tony has completed a degree in Construction Management and now manages multiple projects and personnel. Tony also holds a Site 2 classification under the Licensed Building Practitioners Scheme.

Leonie meredith

Leonie has been working in construction administration both here and in the United States for over 20 years. Leonie joins the company in an administrative role and provides vital support to clients, office and site personnel.
