This bespoke residential home in Omaha Beach is a contemporary coastal beach house designed for relaxed, low maintenance living. Built by Brackenridge Builders, the home was created as a practical and comfortable space for family and friends to gather and enjoy the coastal lifestyle.

Working alongside Leuschke Group Architects, the exterior combines random width vertical aluminium cladding with natural finish shiplap cedar soffits, creating a clean and durable coastal finish. A grain matched flush mount garage door and pocket sliding exterior doors allow the façade to remain streamlined while supporting easy indoor and outdoor flow. Inside, Abodo wall panelling with concealed doors, exposed trusses and polished concrete floors bring warmth and texture while maintaining a robust and functional interior.

The build required careful detailing to achieve a balance between durability and refined finishes suited to a high-use beach environment. The result is a well-resolved home that supports everyday living while maintaining a strong architectural presence.
