This bespoke residential home in Omaha Beach is a contemporary concrete architectural build positioned on a rare elevated site with sweeping estuary views. Built by Brackenridge Builders, the home was designed as a high-end weekend retreat that brings together performance, comfort and a strong architectural presence - — delivered through our full build and project management service.

Working alongside Designpoint Architects, the build centres around precast concrete construction with a timber-imprinted finish, creating a durable and refined exterior suited to the coastal environment. The home includes a range of premium features such as a swimming pool, tiered cinema and gym, supported by full home automation and off-grid solar capability. Internally, a wine cellar and a sculptural staircase crafted from hot-rolled black steel add depth and character, while a concealed pivot entry door creates a subtle and controlled arrival experience.

The elevated site and complexity of the build required careful planning and coordination to deliver both structural performance and architectural detail. The result is a well-resolved home that balances strength, functionality and high-end living.
