PARRY COURT, OMAHA BAY

This bespoke residential home in Omaha Bay is a contemporary coastal renovation and rebuild of an original 1980s plaster house. Built by Brackenridge Builders, the project transformed a leaking structure into a modern family beach house designed for durability, comfort and connection to its coastal setting.

Working alongside Leuschke Group, the design introduces stained rusticated cedar cladding across multi-faceted elevations, creating depth and shadow throughout the exterior. The elevated living area captures expansive views over Omaha Bay, while large decks and a covered outdoor fireplace extend the living spaces and support year-round outdoor use. The material palette and layout combine to deliver a relaxed but refined coastal aesthetic suited to family living.

The project required efficient planning and coordination to achieve a full transformation within a tight timeframe. Completed in just over three months, the build reflects a high level of organisation, craftsmanship and attention to detail across all stages.
